  I went in to see the doctor (older male) regarding a rib injury I had sustained at the snow. As I was telling him how it happened, he kept interrupting me to hurry along my story. When I was finished, he poked my side once and told me to get an x-ray and book a second appointment- he didn't take anytime whatsoever to examine my ribs AT ALL and didn't do anything more than jab once. I booked a second appointment for later that day, and before I even set foot into the room, he said the imaging report didn't show anything and that I was "fine". He didn't even have a look at the physical x-rays that I held. I wasn't even through the door when he said that, total face-time with him was probably 20 seconds all up. The pain in my ribs got worse as the week went on and I got a second opinion from a different doctor who took the time to press on certain areas and listen to my breathing, as well as look at the physical scans. He concluded I had fractured my rib and cartilage inflammation. I understand that the treatment for bruised and fractured ribs are the same, but I felt so disregarded and neglected by the first doctor from City Medical that I will NEVER go there again, and urge anyone even CONSIDERING going there to not waste their time or effort. The doctor I saw was highly unprofessional in his manner, quite pathetic really, and his office was so messy, there was nowhere to pay down if I needed to be examined. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

  I have been a patient of the City Medical Practice for 3.5 years . I have my annual check ups and find it convenient that there is a onsite pathology lab , whom are always professional & pleasant. I find the practice very efficient and have received accurate diagnosis for my thyroid and cholesterol issues. On both occasions the treatments I received were effective and succinct . If you looking for a direct and effective practice that gets the job done , look no further.

  Awful experience with one of your doctors who treated me like dirt. As a patient I am entitled to visit any medical clinic that I wish. Dr. Horrie Horiuchi harassed me about seeing him and not my local gp. I kindly told him that I came here out of convenience. He was absolutely rude throughout the consultation and I would advise others not to come here, save your time and go elsewhere!
