- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My injury was a dislocated shoulder which was operated on Jan 2017(large labrum tear) . I started going to sydney physio start of feb 2017. I was seeing Gillianne Bechard, my range and strength was 0 out of 5. After intense physio for 3 months Gillianne brought back my range and strength to 5 out 5. I lead a active life style and my job is my body. With the use of Pilates, body weight, rubber bands and gym exercises Gillianne pushed my rehab limitations. Now 6 months on i am back to normal with amazing range and better strength. Over the years i have been to many many physiotherapists Gillianne and the team at Sydneyphysio are 6 out of 5.
