- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not even worth one star! We have had the worst claim experience. You speak to an offshore call centre - they never return your calls even though they say that they'll call you back. Claims are greatly underpaid - so we're out of pocket for repairs as the result of an accident. QBE Leadership Team you should be ashamed at how you treat your customers.
