- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Anyone who knows me, knows that I have never been a gym bunny but these guys have turned that around 100%. After doing no structured exercise for decades and having a baby 4 1/2 years ago at age 40 I am so happy to say that this team has made my "impossible", possible! Practically a miracle! Reagan is an amazing trainer and the whole team are incredibly supportive. I now train at least 4 times a week and have lost 20% of my total body fat. I am motivated to do more and I feel stronger and fitter by the day. If you are holding back because you feel embarrassed or even not fit enough to do basic training, check these guys out.
